Firm Founder-Shareholder

With over 25 years of experience in business management and accountancy, Wayne has provided quality financial and tax services in public and private accounting. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of professional service available.

Wayne graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he received the following degrees:

• Master of Accountancy, with an emphasis in Tax 
• Bachelor of Accountancy
• Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing

He continues his education each year to stay abreast of the latest developments on tax and accounting issues by attending seminars and conferences. Wayne is licensed to practice in the States of Tennessee and Mississippi and is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. Wayne takes an active interest in his client's financial goals and uses his knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of personal service.

Jessica Bernard

Bookkeeper

Jessica joined our staff in 2011 with more than 12 years experience. She has a diverse background in providing accounting services. These services include: bookkeeping, payroll services, sales tax, business tax and other services related to business operations. Jessica attended Freed Hardman majoring in accounting. Currently Jessica serves as the director of bookkeeping and payroll services segment of the firm. She also provides QuickBooks support as well as education and support to our clients, bookkeeping and accounting personnel. Jessica's goal is to provide education and quality service in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Stephanie Cairns

Administrative Assistant

Stephanie joined us in 2008.  She is the first point of contact many clients have with our firm.  She is responsible for all administrative functions of the firm. In addition to her administrative duties, Stephanie assists in gathering the information needed to assist clients of Tax Problem Resolution services.  Once this information is gathered Stephanie organizes it for analysis by our professional staff.  Whether you are calling or visiting our firm in person, Stephanie will greet and assist you with a smile and professional, friendly manner.
